HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Polaris Human Resources Development Program (HRDP) accelerates the career development for recent college graduates who wish to further enhance their business and leadership skills. The program provides the resources, support and environment you’ll need to realize both personal and professional success in a highly competitive industry.

What to Expect
You'll begin building your skills and knowledge early through a series of intensive short-term assignments. The variety of assignments introduces you to what working at Polaris is all about and helps you to decide where your interests ultimately best align with the company's needs. Applicants go through a four course rotation
in the areas of:
• Compensation
• Benefits
• Leadership and Development Training
• Operations/Manufacturing
• Employee Relations
• Talent Acquisition
Each rotation spans six months, providing time to learn the role as well as gain hands on experience. During this program you will also establish mentor relationships with key Human Resource and business leaders that will continue throughout your career with Polaris.
