1. What Polaris products are available though the Polaris
Government Sales Program?
The Polaris Government Sales Program offers adult model ATVs, RANGER Utility
Vehicles, and Snowmobiles. Selected Accessories for the ATVs and RANGER Utility
Vehicles are also available. The program does not offer special edition models or
models specifically designed for racing.
2. Who qualifies for the Polaris Government Sales Program?
All federal governmental agencies and organizations qualified to purchase goods
through the GSA qualify for the Polaris Government Sales Program. Additionally, any
state, county or municipal level agency may qualify if they are authorized to purchase
off GSA Contracts. The program does not apply to individual employees of any federal,
state, local, county, municipal, or the military. The program also does not apply to nongovernmental
agencies or volunteer organizations.
3. Does Polaris sell used vehicles through the Government Sales
No. The Polaris Government Sales Program only sells new vehicles and accessories.

If you are qualified to purchase products through the GSA, you may obtain pricing and
order Polaris vehicles and accessories on-line via the GSA Advantage Website at
www.gsaadvantage.gov. You can also obtain a Polaris GSA Price List by clicking on
the “GSA Pricing” button on the Polaris Government Sales home page or request a
hard copy from Polaris via fax at 763-847-8288.

If you order directly from Polaris, you will receive a quote via e-mail or fax. Polaris will
need the following information to process your order:

9. How and where will my GSA order be delivered?
GSA orders are shipped to your delivery destination. The freight charge for Polaris
vehicles/Accessories within the CONUS is included in the price of the product.
10. If I want to order my Polaris vehicles with the accessories
already installed, how do I do that?
Polaris includes installation fees for each accessory offered on the GSA when quoting
your accessory order. If you do not want the accessories installed, Polaris or the dealer
is not responsible for installation of the items. Please note: You must specify at the time
you order that you do not want the accessories installed.
11. If I elect to install the accessories myself instead of the Polaris
dealer will this impact my product warranty?
While Polaris recommends that you have your accessories installed by a Polaris dealer,
you are under no obligation to do so. You will not lose your product warranty if you
install the accessories correctly.
