This liquid-cooled Cleanfire® engine with semi-direct injection (SDI) delivers outstanding throttle response and instant acceleration. These powerful, efficient engines produce the impressive power-to-weight ratios that performance riders demand. Cleanfire engines start easily and reliably and they calibrate automatically as the temperature and elevation change. These engines deliver impressive fuel economy in real-world riding situations, which, for Polaris riders, means aggressive, up-tempo riding, not low-rev lab conditions.
Legendary performance from the ride and handling experts. This proven design provides great ride quality in a conventional coupled design.
A new, redesigned throttle block and a separate kill switch perch that can be positioned independently for improved ergos and ability to tailor your controls.
The new Pro-Steer™ Ski features a reshaped keel and shortened skag for reduced steering effort. Redesigned ribs atop the ski increase torsional stiffness for more precise steering, and bosses added atop the ribs provide traction to prevent slipping when a rider steps on the ski in deep snow.
The new one-piece handlebar features clean, durable construction. It enhances ergonomics with full-length grips that improve comfort and control, and the heater elements extend to the ends of the bar for greater hand comfort.
Indy SP includes FOX shocks and HackSaw Track, while the base Indy includes RydeFX shocks and ShockWave track.

Took my first mountain trip this winter to Cooke City Montana. I was pretty nervous considering the hardest riding I have done is on the trails. I was going to a place where the trails are few and far between. I had just bought my sled and never got a chance to use because of the odd winter we are having with no snow. We pulled up to the mountain at 4 a.m. and parked in a parking lot about 9 miles from the town and had to ride snow packed roads in, it was pitch dark so I had no idea what my surrounding looked like. My friends pulled in at 8:30 a.m. after driving all night so we put on our gear and headed out. The view was amazing but the sled felt better, we got on the mountain and it felt like I have owned the sled for years. The handling was unbelievable, the sled made it easy to put all of my trust into it. I was riding through 5 feet of powder the whole weekend and only got stuck once. It was nice not having to worry about sled problems and in this case the sled made the trip perfect and the mountains were just a bonus.
