Minneapolis, MN (May 2, 2018) – Polaris Industries Inc., a recognized leader in the powersports industry, has been named by Forbes as one of America’s Best Large Employers for 2018.

“We are honored to be recognized by Forbes – and our employees – as an employer who understands that Best People, Best Team are more than just words on a page. It is an unwavering commitment from Polaris to our employees; and every day we strive to provide our team with a rewarding environment that leverages their talents and develops their skills in order to unleash their full potential,” said Polaris Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Scott Wine. “Our company vision is to fuel the passion, and enrich the lives, of those who interact with Polaris, whether that is through the memories and adventures that we help create for our riders, or the opportunities, experiences and support that we offer to our employees.”

Polaris employs 11,000-plus employees worldwide, including more than 7,600 employees in the United States. Founded in Roseau, Minnesota, Polaris’ footprint has grown to include 10 manufacturing facilities and two Research and Development Centers in the United States.

America’s Best Employers ranking is based on anonymous, independent online panels made up of more than 30,000 U.S. employees working part-time or full-time for organizations employing more than 1,000 employees in the United States. In partnership with Statista, the leading provider of market and consumer data, Forbes measured how likely an employee is to recommend the company as an employer to family and friends.
